  1. Aww thank you for pinning it! Chia seeds are a “superfood” and are a rich source of Omega 3, dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants. They don’t really taste much and are tiny so are easily added to cookies, smoothies etc or sprinkled over muesli or cereal. I’m in Australia and can easily find them in chemists, health food stores and even in the supermarket in the health food section 🙂
